Terms of Service

GoGo GmbH · Berlin · Version of 14 October 2026

1. Who we are

These Terms govern your use of the GoGo app and of the website tellgogo.com (and the domains that lead to it, such as gogo.chat and tellgogo.app), operated by GoGo GmbH, Tucholskystraße 41, 10117 Berlin, Germany, registered with the Amtsgericht Charlottenburg under HRB 164655 B (“GoGo”, “we”). Contact: info@gogo.chat. By installing or using GoGo you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use GoGo.

2. What GoGo is

You tell GoGo what is going on, in your own words, by text or voice. We call these entries tells. From your tells GoGo builds your experience: its replies, your entries in Every tell, your powers and what grows from them, sessions, cards and the thread of what you told. GoGo is a personal development product. It is not a medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal or financial service, and nothing GoGo says is professional advice. You stay responsible for your decisions, your actions and their outcomes.

3. GoGo is an AI

GoGo’s replies, entries and cards are generated by artificial intelligence (large language models) from what you tell it. You are not talking to a human. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, out of date or unsuitable for your situation, even when it sounds certain. Read it as a perspective, not as a fact or an instruction, and do not rely on it for decisions with serious consequences for your health, safety, money or legal position.

4. Not therapy — and what to do in a crisis

GoGo does not diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any medical or psychological condition and is no substitute for professional care. GoGo is not an emergency service and does not monitor what you write for danger. If you are in crisis, or think you may harm yourself or others, do not use GoGo for help: contact your local emergency number (112 in the EU, 911 in the US), a crisis line (in the US call or text 988; in Germany the Telefonseelsorge, 0800 111 0 111), or a licensed professional.

5. Age

You must be at least 16 years old to use GoGo. Where the law of your country sets a higher minimum age for a contract or for consent to data processing, that age applies.

6. Your backup

GoGo has no account in the usual sense: your phone number, if you back up your GoGo, is the key that brings your tells to a new phone. Keep that phone number and the code to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under it. One backup per person. Keep the information you give us accurate.

7. Your content

Your tells are yours. You keep all rights to what you put into GoGo. You grant us the non-exclusive, worldwide licence we need to run the service for you: to store, process, transcribe and transform your tells into your GoGo experience, with the help of the service providers named in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your content, we do not show it to other users, and we do not use it to train AI models for other people. What GoGo builds for you — replies, entries, cards — is yours to keep and to share; share it as you like, with the GoGo mark on it. You promise that your content does not break the law or the rights of others.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse GoGo: no unlawful content or use, no attempts to break, probe, overload or circumvent the service, no reverse engineering, no automated access or scraping, and no use of GoGo or its output to build a competing service. AI generation is subject to fair use; we may limit extreme usage to keep the service healthy for everyone.

9. Subscriptions and prices

GoGo is a paid subscription. The products are GoGo Yearly (€149 per year, the first 14 days free) and GoGo Monthly (€19.99 per month, no free period). The price in your currency, the billing period and any free period are shown in the store before you buy. A free period turns into a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the same price until you cancel. Cancel at any time in your Apple ID subscription settings (and in Google Play, when GoGo is available there) at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you keep access until that period ends. Payments are handled by Apple or Google; we never see your payment details. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

10. Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU)

If you subscribe through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the purchase is concluded with Apple or Google under their terms, and their withdrawal and refund processes apply. For any purchase concluded directly with us, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal; by asking us to start the service at once you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires once performance has begun (§ 356(5) BGB).

11. App Store terms

If you downloaded GoGo from the Apple App Store: these Terms are between you and GoGo GmbH, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. If the app does not conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app to you; Apple has no other warranty obligation. GoGo GmbH, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claim relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance and consumer protection, and for the investigation and defence of any claim that the app infringes a third party’s intellectual property. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Apple’s own terms for the App Store also apply.

12. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep GoGo available and evolving, but no service runs 100% of the time. We may change, add or remove features. If a change materially reduces a service you have paid for, you may end your subscription for the unused period and we will refund that part.

13. Liability

We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual duties (duties whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible at all and on which you may regularly rely), and then only for the foreseeable damage typical of this kind of contract. Any further liability is excluded. This section also applies to our employees and agents.

14. Termination

You can stop using GoGo and delete everything, your tells and your backup, at any time in the app. We may suspend or end accounts that break these Terms, after a warning where that is reasonable. Sections 9 and 10 govern paid periods already started.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will announce material changes in the app or by e-mail at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you may end your subscription before the change takes effect; using GoGo after that date counts as acceptance. We will not change the core of the deal (sections 2, 7 and 13) without your explicit consent.

16. Dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG). If something is wrong, write to info@gogo.chat first; we answer.

17. Law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live remain unaffected. For merchants the place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
